Terms of Service

Welcome to PulseWave: Secure VPN. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application (the "App"), or accessing any servers or network tunnels provided by us (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately uninstall the App and cease all use of our Services.

1. Agreement and Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use PulseWave VPN. If you are under 18, you represent that you have reviewed these Terms with a parent or legal guardian and that they agree to these Terms on your behalf.

2. License and Usage

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your mobile device strictly for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Our Service encrypts and tunnels your network traffic to protect your privacy. However, you are entirely responsible for all actions and traffic originating from your device while connected to PulseWave VPN.

🚫 Strict Prohibited Activities: You explicitly agree that you will not use our servers or network tunnels to:
  • Engage in any form of cyberattack, including Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS), port scanning, or distributing malware.
  • Upload, transmit, or share illegal content, copyright-infringing materials, or violate any copyright/intellectual property laws.
  • Hack, breach, or attempt to bypass security systems of any network, website, or server.
  • Send unsolicited bulk emails (SPAM) or operate command-and-control servers.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App or our network infrastructure.

Any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy will result in immediate termination of your access to our Service without warning.

4. Free Service and Ad-Disclosures

PulseWave VPN is an ad-supported free service:

  • We do not charge you fees to access our high-speed secure tunnels.
  • We serve Google AdMob advertisements (including banners, interstitials, and rewarded videos) to cover server and bandwidth costs.
  • Our standard VPN connection sessions are timed. You can easily extend your session duration by watching rewarded video advertisements when prompted.
  • You agree to receive these ads in exchange for free, high-performance bandwidth. Interfering with, modifying, or using ad-blockers inside the App is a direct violation of these Terms.

5. Disclaimers of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

While we use the robust WireGuard® protocol to encrypt your traffic, we make no warranty that:

  • The Service will be completely uninterrupted, secure, timely, or error-free.
  • The network speeds will be constant, as bandwidth fluctuates based on server loads and network conditions.
  • Specific third-party websites, applications, or streaming services will always remain accessible or unblocked.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PULSEWAVE VPN AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR SERVERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, PRIVACY, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any server node, region, or the entire Service at any time without notice. We may restrict or block your device's access to our servers if we detect server abuse or violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and your relationship with PulseWave VPN shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms of Service at any time. We will indicate the date of the latest change at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
